我今天所演讲的题目是《安全是生命的花园》。
激情的x月已慢慢的到来，伴随它而来是以“强化安全基础推动安全发展”为主题的第十二个安全生产月。然而安全可以说是一个年年讲，月月讲、天天讲的话题，也可以说是一个永恒的、老生常谈的话题。
记得在我蹒跚学步时，母亲就说：孩子绕过前面的石头。这是她对我的关心，因为母亲怕我们跌倒摔伤了自己。在我上学过马路时：父亲就会说当心路上的车子。这是他对我的叮嘱，因为父亲怕我们出现意外。随着自己慢慢的长大、成熟，父母亲已不会常常陪在我们的身边，要想他们不为我们担心，我们只有照顾好自己，把安全放在第一位。从学生到企业员工，我们要学的安全知识可以说是不计其数，记得我刚进入单位时我看到一条有关安全的警示标语，那就是：“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾。”在以后的工作和学习当中，我们学习了很多有关安全方面的知识也参加了一些与安全相关的活动，如每年单位举行的一次消防演练活动，节假日举行的安全知识竞赛等，我们都积极的参与和表现自己。通过参与这样的安全演练及培训活动以后我懂的了：安全重于泰山，安全是生命的花园。懂的了：“我的安全我负责，他人的安全我有责、企业的安全我尽责。”懂的了领导耐心细致的安排是为了把安全责任制真正的贯彻落实。以此来达到：“人身事故为零、设备操作事故为零、火灾爆炸事故为零。”这样的目的。所以不要抱怨工作中有人管你是跟你过不去，因为它是一种善意的提醒，也不要抱怨准确的操作规程让你心烦，因为它会使你远离事故的危险。
然而在我们储备库有很多地方是需要我们去注意安全的，如熏蒸中毒、机械伤害、火灾事故、电器线路维护等。所以去生产现场时，我们要戴好防毒面具;高空作业时，要系好安全带;生产开始时，一定要再三确认;现场作业时，要做到“四不伤害”。切记不要有侥幸的心态，要一步一个脚印，因为侥幸是危险的前奏，追悔是安全的惩罚。生命我所欲也，安全亦我所欲也，要想兼得，我们只有时刻的具备安全意识，查出安全隐患，及时的处理。
综上所述：安全可以说是生命的花园，也是企业生存的基石。忽略安全去谈生命是多么的美好，那是子虚乌有，忽略安全去谈企业的效益有多么的理想，那是天方夜谭。有人说：“生命像烟花，划破黑暗的天空，绽放自己的美丽。”有人说：“生命像蜡烛燃烧了自己却照亮了别人。”也有人说生命像流星，来也匆匆去也匆匆，留下美好瞬间…...等等这一些对生命伟大的赞美，那都是建立在安全上，如果没有安全这座花园再伟大的生命也会显得不堪一击。然而，有哪一个人不愿笑语长在，有哪一个家庭不愿幸福美满，有哪一个企业不愿兴旺发达呢?所以请好好的珍爱生命，让安全与我们同行，与生命同在!

but life is about whom you love and who you hurt. it’s about how you feel about yourself. it’s about trust, happiness and compassion. it’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. it’s about what you say and what you mean. it’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. and we should always remember to be ourselves. other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise.
the parado_ of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers; we buy more but enjoy them less. we’ve learnt how to make a living but not a life, we’ve added years to life, but not life to years. and it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life.

安全是一种美，安全的美体现于维系安全的行为过程之中;安全是一种情，安全的情是一种美好的感觉状态;安全是一种理，安全的理是一个社会、一个国家、一个民族用安全文化对生活方式的理性表达;安全是一种法，安全的法是文明的体现，责任的体现，安全，就象空气，与我们的生活、工作息息相关;安全，犹如阳光，我们无法承受失去它的痛苦。
不知从何时起，我发现大家无意中在出休息室的门时，都会不由自主地扭头看一眼青安岗提示牌，在岗一分钟，安全六十秒，每次上车前提醒自己怎么做。
班前，班后会，班前宣誓，事故分析会，业余培训等等方式，办法来提高我们的技术水平，增强我们的安全意识，以求做到各项事故为零，却保生产节节升高，在岗一分钟，安全六十秒，说起简单，做起简单否，特别是零点班，易瞌睡，回答各异，但为了自己或他人都应做到。
首先要以精力充沛，思想集中为前提，再以行车作业标准为操作的行使之基本，最后再以平和，快乐的心态去听从正确指挥，从而完成工作任务，高高兴兴上班，平平安安回家。我们甲班的行车师付们就是这样做的。
大海中的船只如想航行快一点的话，顺风是一大助力，而安全之风吸，本人认为安全员，组长就是那助力之风。特别是组长李万彬不但班前，班后的提醒叮嘱。班中在休息室也很少见到他的身影，在巡视现场呢。
行车工操作行车的一举一动都在他的眼里，他无数次叮嘱，在提高服务质量的同时，安全意识也要提高。工作中，意识上要保持清醒头脑。把安全始终放到第一位，真正做到安全的思想与行为和谐统一，地面指挥人员有时贪图舒服，我们操作时必需严格按作业指导书所规定的执行操作。
对日常工作习惯操作隐患进行相互纠错和监督，从劳保穿戴，鸣铃。每人的一言一行最基本做起，做好。大意不得，要年如月，月如日，日如时，时如分，分如秒……
有时有人埋怨他天天真多事，讲来讲去就是安全意识，作业标准，安全规程，谁不知，哪个不晓，浪费时间，说也怪，谁都知到怎样做，不该怎样做，可就是在无意中偶然犯错，虽是偶然，但在每一起偶然事故的背后都可以找到隐藏着的必然。严是爱，松是害。
生产不能等，安全更不能等。不能等到吃一堑，在长一智。要警钟长鸣，我们一定要坚持不懈做到安全意识随时随处，在岗一分钟，安全六十秒。
总之，安全是一个系统工程，需长抓不懈，只有当我们每个人都提高了安全意识，人人讲安全，事事为安全，时时想安全，处处要安全，我们才能有安全，“安全责任、重在落实”，让我们借着安全月这股强劲的东风，从我做起，从你做起，落实安全责任，为实现公司持续安全发展而努力，为创建本质安全型企业而奋斗!

today things are different. the world has become too crowded. we are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. if we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.
we realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.we know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. we see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. yet, waste products are still put into rivers.
we know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there won't be enough food.what can we do to solve these problems?
if we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept.
our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.
the world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.
finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.
