“安全”与“健康”,这两个词语是相通的。有了“安全”才有“健康”。而安全又分很多种,如“食品安全”“交通安全”等等等等。今天就着重讲讲交通安全吧!

如今,人类发明了多种代步产品。小汽车,摩托车等等都是人类科技史上突飞猛进的代表作。确实,人类的生活水平提高了,并且提高的很快。但随之提高的是什么?车祸的发生率!!一辆汽车价格少说也得三四万,车祸之后,即使人没事,车多少会受到点损伤。车可能要换某个部件,可能要重新喷漆,可能的事会很多很多。车毁人亡的事也不少。

远的不说,就说近的吧!我家前面有块不小的田。短短十多天的功夫,就发生了两起车祸。

今天晚上挺冷的,阴雨绵绵,天气不怎么好。外面不知什么时候冒出了一辆吊车。明亮的红色车灯告诉了我,一定发生了什么紧急事件。我穿好鞋子冲了出去。由于下过了雨,小路和草坪上十分泥泞,很不好走,但我也顾不得这些了,吊车前面站着三四个人。听别人说左边那个貌似二三十岁的年轻男子就是车子的主人,田间,也站着三四个年轻男子,不同的是,他们不是来看热闹的,他们正用四根粗麻绳绑住车子,好让吊车把车子吊起来。我往前走了几步看见路边有几棵小树被折断了,猜测车子应该是由于路滑,从这儿滑下去的。我注视着这几棵断树,脑海中不禁浮起十几天前那场车祸的画面。

那天,天气晴朗,万里无云。我正在院子里玩,耳中传入了汽车开过的声音。按理说,我家离新马路不过十数米远,听到汽车开过的声音很正常,不该为此大惊小怪才对,但由于他的速度实在太快了,我一转身,前一秒,正在马路上正常行驶的车子,后一秒,就惯性的`滑了下去。换句话说,这辆车子,是我看着掉下去的。车祸发生仅在一瞬间,但后来的事情就没有一瞬间如此简单了。先说人吧!没有上面讲的肇事者如此简单,毫发无伤了,额头有点血。接下来,关注一下车吧!车底儿整个儿朝西,车前面最大的那块玻璃密密麻麻的碎了,但藕断丝连,就是整块儿玻璃有两条边儿脱落了。随后,警车,吊车等都陆续来了。车主头上起了一个大包。

这天晚上,桌上的饭菜早已经煮好了,但妈妈却还在厨房间忙活。等了好半天,妈妈才端着一盘鱼和一碗青色的东西走出来。我一瞧那鱼,肉是红色的,像西瓜瓢一般,上面还有一条一条黑黑的斑纹,很漂亮。妈妈介绍说:“这叫三文鱼,很有营养,生着吃味道最好,不过……”妈妈拿起那盆青色的东西,“得蘸着芥末吃,否则就会拉肚子。”我有些怀疑地看了那条鱼一眼,用筷子夹起最小的那一块尝了尝:“嗯,味道不错,真好吃。”有些辣辣的,又有些麻麻的',下饭正好。

不一会儿,大半盆的三文鱼就被我消灭掉了。第二天早上,我一起床就感觉肚子很痛,忙去了厕所间,上完厕所,一点儿都不痛了,我也没怎么在意,认为这知识夜里着凉了。哪晓得,我去乘公交上学时,不过为了赶一辆车跑了两步,我的肚子中竟然翻江倒海,痛得我连忙就地蹲下,捂着肚子,一步一步地挨回家。门一开,我就眼冒金星,像一滩烂泥一样瘫在了椅子上。

奶奶见我这般模样,连忙吩咐我躺下,不要动弹。还没躺下一分钟,我来了个鲤鱼打挺,“嗖”地往厕所间跑,狂吐、狂拉不止,直吐得脸色苍白,头上直冒冷汗。呕吐过后,我感觉肚子饿得“咕咕”地叫,来到厨房,看看饭,不敢吃,看看蔬菜又不敢吃,看看海鲜,那更不敢吃,只好盛了半碗稀粥汤,再加一个咸鸭蛋,慢慢地吃起来,心想:奶奶说不能吃不干净的食物,这够算干净的了吧。没想到两口饭还没咽下,我放下筷子,窜到二楼,在厕所间了上吐下泻,痛不欲生,刚刚吃下的两口饭也吐得无影无踪。

忍饥挨饿到晚上,我已经手无缚鸡之力,有气无力地趴在饭桌前。爸爸妈妈下班回来,连忙带我去了医院。医生说:“这是吃坏了肚子,急性肠胃炎,挂葡萄糖两瓶(大)。”

晚上11点钟,终于挂完了吊瓶,我早已经呼呼大睡。拔了针,回家。

这一天的“三文鱼风波”可算结束了!

通过网上查找资料,我了解到:我的这次事件也属于食物中毒,但是是轻度的食物中毒,主要是生熟食品交叉感染,导致拉肚子,从而引起食物中毒。

食物和我们形影不离,没有食物,我们也做不成任何事情;食品安全也和我们息息相关,如果没有了健康,我们还能干什么呢?

生命是宝贵的,一个人只有一次,校园安全关系到所有人。安全工作是一切工作的基础和前提,离开安全,什么都是无源之水,无本之木。为了共同把学校的安全工作做好,我现提出如下倡议,希望大家铭刻于心并认真做好。

第一、课间休息有序不打斗。课间主要是休息的,听到下课铃声后,同学们应该轻声漫步走出教室,可以适当活动或做一些有益的游戏,不要做不卫生、不健康、不安全的游戏,更不要打架斗殴、出拳踢脚,谁受伤了都不好。有的同学相互追跑,有的同学用学习用品作武器相互比划、打斗,还有的同学头靠头的趴在地上玩游戏,这些活动都会给别人造成伤害。

第二、校园行进有序不追跑。在学校楼梯、走廊过道和拐角处行走时,要做到有秩序不追跑,坚决杜绝“起步就跑”的坏习惯。上下楼梯做到慢步轻声靠右行,不蹦跳、不推搡,不在楼梯扶手上滑行。有的同学把楼梯扶手当作滑滑梯玩,从上向下滑行;还有的同学在楼梯上比跳远,从楼梯上台阶向下台阶蹦跳,这些都是非常危险的。

第三、放学路队礼让不争先。放学时,应按照快、静、齐的`要求排好队,在行进过程中,不要大声说话、不要相互推搡、不要追尾打斗、不要成群结对、不要拖拉掉队,出大门时,要做到礼让不争先,大同学要让小同学,后来的要让先到的,要始终保持两路纵队出校门。

第四、上学途中守法不横穿。每位同学都要自觉遵守《道路交通安全法》,注意上学和放学路途中的安全。自己上学和回家的学生,走路要看清左右和前方,不闯红灯,不抢道通行,不横穿马路,不在马路上玩耍、奔跑、嬉闹,放学后不滞留学校玩耍,不在校门外停留买零食;家长来校接的学生,要告诉家长遵守交通规则,不要将车停在学校大门口。家长没有及时来接的,要进校门耐心等,不要随便出校门,或在家长指定地点耐心等候。

第五、校园活动守规不贪玩。校园活动时,要遵守学校规定,做有意义和有益于身体健康的活动,不撑坐在过道栏杆和教室窗台上,不在教室、走廊过道上追跑打架,不到球台上玩耍。

第六、电器设施禁用不触摸。任何人不得接触、触摸学校的开关、插座、电源和带电电器,更不得使用、操作带电电器。
